The president presides over meetings of the Committee and its Board, initiates and carries out policies in conformity with TG09 purposes as specified by the Board and the membership, and is responsible for overseeing the creation and organization of TG09 sessions at the ISA meetings.
Vice-President

The vice president assists the president and conducts activities delegated by the president. They may also be assigned special duties by the president.
Secretary/Treasurer

The secretary is responsible for all TG09 correspondence and communicating TG09 activities and plans to the members twice a year through the Newsletter. The secretary creates and maintains a membership list and is in charge of the collection and distribution of funds under the supervision of the Board to which they present annual reports.
Editor Sociological Teaching

The editor manages the publication of the Pedagogy Series, which is to appear two times a year. The editor solicits submissions, assigns papers to editors for review, compiles final paper versions, and provides a thematic summary of the papers in an editor’s introduction to each edition. After ISA meetings, the editor collaborates with presenters to publish conference proceedings.
Editor Global Teaching Repository

The editor develops, curates, and coordinates a global repository of sociology teaching exemplars, including syllabi, teaching practices (including integration of theory and practice from different world contexts) and strategies, lesson plans and assessments, teaching philosophies and dossier
Conference Organizer

The conference organizer collaborates with the board and the membership to propose conference sessions, seminars and workshops, produce session descriptions for the call for abstracts and conference program, review submissions, and recruit discussants to facilitate sessions organize seminars and workshops outside of ISA meetings.
